Rolespecifics and benefits
- Provide comprehensive PT evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward functional goals for adults and, where appropriate, pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teammates to coordinate care, share insights, and optimize discharge planning for safe transitions back to work and daily activities.
- Grow professionally through exposure to orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehab, with opportunities to specialize, pursue certifications, and extend contracts based on performance and mutual needs.
