Medical Assistant - Providence Kodiak Specialty Clinic

Description

Provides medical assistance to physicians and education to patients. Works cooperatively with clinic office personnel, patients and medical staff. Coordinates ancillary and pre‑op services and the scheduling of surgical cases.

Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, hours as needed. Located onsite at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center in Kodiak, Alaska.

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Upon hire)

• National Medical Assistant Certification (Upon hire)
• 1 year experience in a physician's office or clinic

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $22.29 - $33.41
