Medical Director

The Delta Companies, a leader in healthcare staffing solutions based in Texas, is actively seeking a seasoned Medical Director to oversee and enhance the clinical operations at our comprehensive healthcare facilities. The Medical Director will play a critical role in shaping our clinical policies, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care, and leading our diverse team of healthcare professionals.

This position requires strategic leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of clinical governance, and the ability to uphold exceptional healthcare practices within our staffing solutions environment.

• Oversee the clinical aspects of our healthcare staffing, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to physicians and healthcare staff.
• Review and implement new medical protocols and policies.
• Assure the reliability, quality and safety of clinical activities.
• Collaborate with other department heads to integrate clinical and operational strategies.
• Act as a key advisor on medical matters to both the organization's staff and external stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical laws
• Ability to devise and implement strategies that improve patient care
• Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic medical records
• Board Certified in a recognized medical specialty
• Valid and active medical license in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure
• Certification in healthcare management preferred
