Travel Acute Care Physical Therapist

Med Pro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for assignment in Kodiak, Alaska.

• Assess patients requiring rehabilitation services, determining functional capabilities and potential for improvement.
• Develop and administer treatment plans with specific goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Document patient condition, progress, and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus NPTE pass.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
