The ANM reports to the unit director and supports planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services while providing managerial presence for all shifts.
The role requires a BSN (or progress toward BSN), Alaska RN license, and BLS certification. Leadership and governance experience are preferred to drive quality care and staff development.
