Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Kodiak, Alaska, 99615!

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the Operating Room setting
• Participate in on-call coverage as required, including weekend on-call shifts
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and participate in orientation modules prior to and during start

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — locals are not accepted
• Must be able to commit to all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal

• Experience with Epic charting system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or critical access hospital environment
• Familiarity with Level IV Trauma and Critical Access Hospital settings

• Facility-provided housing included during assignment (1-bedroom apartment), with free on-site parking
• Guaranteed hours of 72 per two-week period, with block scheduling accommodations available upon request
