Assist customers and contractors by providing quotes and product information in person and over the phone;
Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer product needs and design specifications;
Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, pricing/quotations, complaints, deliveries and installations, and follow-ups;
Generate sales opportunities through research on client needs and industry competition;
Provide accurate material take offs for single/multi-family home projects
