Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Rotational Schedule) - Prudhoe Bay, AK

Worley is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a rotational schedule based in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The position is remote/rotational, working 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.

Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy and light equipment in and out of the shops.

• Analyze, diagnose, repair, rebuild and maintain heavy and light duty equipment such as hydraulic and lattice boom cranes, backhoes, motor graders, bulldozers, front‑end loaders, tractor‑trailers, water and vac trucks.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment using hoists, hand tools, and pneumatic/electric tools.
• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance.
• Work on engines, structural systems, hydraulic and electrical systems, and subassemblies such as transmissions and differentials.
• Routinely perform safety and productivity observations in shop, field, vehicle, and equipment.
