Northshore Personnel Services Inc. seeks a part-time Maintenance Tech in Kodiak, AK to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for multi-family housing. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.
Requirements: minimum 2 years in maintenance, two+ trades, high school diploma or equivalent, and EPA Universal/CPO certifications preferred; basic computer skills and PM software experience are a plus.
