JOB OVERVIEWThe Structures Maintenance Helper will assist in the skilled maintenance trades by performing general duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Supplies materials and tools to Journeyman worker.
- Assist plumber journeyman worker on site with repairs or replacement of sinks, faucets, toilets; may assist in securing water supply for fixture or appliance repair or replacement.
- Assists electrical journeyman worker on site with maintenance and repair of electrical issues as directed. Replaces bulbs and without supervision.
- Assists HVAC journeyman worker on site with diagnosing issues and preventative maintenance.
- Assists appliance journeyman with routine maintenance and transporting appliance.
- Assist carpentry journeyman on site with carpentry repair and routine maintenance.
- Perform specialized machine operation or routine maintenance with specific.
- direction from the trade’s journeyman worker on site.
- All other relevant duties assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in relevant Maintenance Trades field.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

WORK ENVIRONMENTThe majority of your work will be performed in an indoor setting, where you will interact with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities, located throughout the country.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS LIFTING & CARRYINGThis position is generally active, requiring routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employee must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times.
MOBILITYThe employees will need to move around to attend meetings, access shared resources, and collaborate with team members.
