Non-CDL Driver

Job Overview

Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions. We are a full‑service moving company and this position involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods. Driving for Coleman will give you the opportunity to lead moving crews, interact with new customers daily, and grow within our company.

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipments onto and off the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections on truck, moving equipment, interior and exterior of truck, straps and tensioners, walk boards, etc.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have a clean driving record and comply with our zero‑tolerance drug policy.
• Willing to travel locally, intrastate and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, on time, and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Real , Commercial Driver’s License or Driver’s License preferred.

• 40 hours of vacation pay after 1 year of employment.

  • Must be a summer seasonal associate in a helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other operational non‑management position.
  • Must show proof of enrollment in school for the current year’s fall classes and work full time through the scheduled season.
  • Supervisor acknowledgement of good work performance and attendance required.
