Client Services and Relationship Coordinator

Join an established, locally owned financial planning and investment firm where building relationships is key. Financial Solutions and Investments is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Services and Relationship Coordinator to become an important part of our team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and support a Financial Advisor in helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service by answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain advisor calendars
  • Prepare applications, forms, account paperwork, and account maintenance requests
  • Enter and maintain client information in CRM systems
  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic files and records
  • Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Contact existing clients regarding paperwork and service requests
  • Support daily office operations and help create an outstanding client experience
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Type

Full-Time 30-hour work week
