he Process Improvement and KPI Lead is a strategic partner and will primarily be responsible for the communication and implementation of the Kokomo General Manager’s vision and standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with plant personnel and support groups to align on complex goals and deliverables. Candidate will track and escape progress of initiatives for plants in the Kokomo complex, while sharing and reapplying best practices across the complex and division.
He/She will standardize cadences and reporting documents, coordinate schedules and tasks, and prepare executive reports for the state of the complex.
- Provide high-level support to senior executives by managing projects, complex schedules, joint communications and travel.
- Act as a key liaison between business planners at multiple sites in an effort to standardize workflows, while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Act as a key partner to enhance executive productivity and streamline operations through strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations and data for strategic planning and decision making.
- Oversee special projects, coordinate events and manage information flow.
- Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows to save time and resources.
- Assist with any budget tracking, expense reporting and any required financial administration.
- Lead and manage projects using continuous improvement principles and methodologies to drive efficiency, quality, and performance outcomes.
This will be a developmental rotational assignment for a period of 24-36 months.
Requirements- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required, with flexibility to move to any department and facility within the Kokomo complex
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plants from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required
- Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership
- Must have a working knowledge of Powertrain manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of Stellantis Industrial System (SIS)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite software programs
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years experience in a high-volume environment
- Previous experience working in a unionized automotive manufacturing environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
