Construction Safety Associate

Maintain a strong field presence, spending the majority of time on-site supporting daily safety operations.

Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety standards.

Identify hazards, assess risk, and implement corrective actions in real time.

Partner with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture.

Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning discussions.

Monitor multiple trades to ensure safe work practices are consistently followed.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; assist with documentation and corrective actions.

Reinforce positive safety behaviors through coaching and consistent field engagement.

OSHA 510 Preferred or additional experience.

Local to the project preferred, there is per diem available if not local.

5 to 7 years of construction safety management experience.

Ability to start this project ASAP.

Must have excellent writing and computer skills.

Great communication - written & verbally.
