- Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors
as they arrive - Help visitors
sign in
and provide
basic directions or assistance - Answer phone calls
, transfer calls, or take messages as needed - Answer questions
or help connect people with the right team member - Keep the
front desk organized and stocked
with forms and supplies - Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare
outgoing mail
when needed - Track visitors
entering and leaving the community - Assist with
basic office tasks
such as filing and organizing paperwork - Prepare
guest meal vouchers
when needed
- A
high school diploma or GED
is helpful - Front desk or customer service experience
is a plus - Someone with
friendly, clear communication skills - A team member who is
kind, patient, and helpful
with residents and visitors - Strong organization skills
and the ability to handle more than one task at a time - Comfort working in a
busy environment - Willingness to work
some weekends and holidays
as needed
