Part-Time Dentist Job Opportunity Description
School Smiles On-Site Dental is currently seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our growing IN team! This position is 2 days per week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm, based in the Kokomo, IN area. The role provides portable dental services to children at local schools throughout the South Bend area. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided.
- Compensation: 32% of billed production for days working in schools
- Travel reimbursement with no weekend or evening hours
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Active Indiana Dental License required
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required
- Malpractice provided by MAH
$4000 Sign-On-Bonus Available

Duties Include- Conduct initial screenings
- Conduct comprehensive oral exams
- Establish treatment plans
- Fluoride treatments
- Sealants
- Prophylaxis (Prophys)
- Fillings
- Simple extractions
- Proficiency in all of the areas listed above
- Current Indiana Dental License
- Must be Medicaid Certified or willing to become certified
- Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
