Practice Details

Join 3 physicians, 3 NPs, and a contracted spine surgeon across multiple clinics
High-efficiency workflow with scribes, dedicated MAs, and centralized scheduling
Full ASC access for SCS/implants, pumps, epidurals, EMGs, and a broad procedural scope
Strong referral base and minimal competition with a 4-8 week booking window
Schedule

Four-day workweek, 8:00 a.m.

-4:00 p.m., no nights, weekends, or call
Two procedure days, two clinic days, and one remote admin day
Clinic visits typically 8:00 a.m.

-2:30 p.m. for smooth wrap-up
Flexibility to grow procedural volume as desired

Two-year base guarantee with additional RVU bonuses
High-earning potential, with many physicians exceeding thresholds
RVU model in year three with tiered increases
ASC buy-in available after two years with strong projected returns

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
