As Assistant Gym Manager, you'll help drive the success of the club by:

• Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
• Building genuine relationships that promote long‑term member retention
• Supporting membership growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
• Collaborating with team members to achieve club goals
• Maintaining an impressively tidy, welcoming, and high‑energy facility
• Assisting with operations, phone calls, and cleaning on a daily basis
• Helping execute initiatives that improve member results and satisfaction and overall club growth
