Stellantis in Kokomo, Indiana, is looking for an Engineering Lead responsible for overseeing all Manufacturing Engineering functions related to powertrain manufacturing. This includes managing programs, overseeing engineering scopes, and leading a team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, and proven leadership skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. You will also manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
