- Perform EMC testing on automotive ECUs, infotainment systems, and electronic modules
- Conduct emissions and immunity testing (radiated and conducted)
- Set up and operate EMC test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, LISNs, signal generators, and antennas
- Analyze test results and document findings in detailed test reports
- Collaborate with design and validation teams to troubleshoot EMC issues
- Ensure compliance with standards such as CISPR, ISO 11452, ISO 7637, and OEM-specific requirements
- Support root cause analysis for EMC failures and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain test lab equipment calibration and compliance records
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in EMC testing or automotive validation
- Strong understanding of EMC principles (emissions & immunity testing)
- Experience with EMC test equipment and lab environments
- Familiarity with automotive communication systems (CAN, LIN, Flex Ray preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive standards: CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 7637
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with automotive OEM or Tier-1 suppliers
- Exposure to infotainment, body control modules, or ADAS systems
- Understanding of lab automation tools or scripting is a plus

- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work in a lab/testing environment onsite
