Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Kokomo, Indiana. The role involves leading all Manufacturing Engineering for Engine programs, guiding an Engineering team to meet objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Responsibilities include process assessments and leading to implement World Class Technology (WCT) methodology.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience, and progressive engineering experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
