Electrical Engineer

Long-Term Contract with Potential for Full-Time Hire

We're seeking an Electrical Engineer to support a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility in Kokomo, IN. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in facility, utility, industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments who enjoy working hands‑on with electrical infrastructure and power systems.

• Support electrical infrastructure including low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
• Assist with electrical design reviews, upgrades, and facility expansion projects
• Troubleshoot electrical issues impacting facility operations and equipment uptime
• Support construction projects, system commissioning, and utility installations
• Help develop and implement maintenance strategies for electrical systems
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable facility performance

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, facilities, utilities, manufacturing, industrial, or energy environments
• Experience with power distribution, electrical infrastructure, switch gear, transformers, generators, or related systems
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and design knowledge
• Experience supporting projects, upgrades, or construction efforts
• Open to highly experienced industrial electricians looking to transition into an engineering-focused role

• Cleanroom, semiconductor, battery manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similar process industry experience
