Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of invoices;
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners;
Adheres to safety standards and conducts safety sweeps, and follows proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
