Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Sam's Club products and services;
Process memberships upgrades and credit accounts; promote membership benefits and company services;
Fulfill member orders by pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Maintain safety and compliance by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to identify priorities and meet member needs.
