This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Cosmetology and Manicurist Instructor located in Kokomo, IN. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging instructional sessions to students, covering both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical skills in cosmetology and manicuring. Responsibilities include curriculum delivery, student mentorship, progress evaluation, and maintaining compliance with state board guidelines and academy standards. Planning effective teaching techniques and creating a supportive learning environment will be key aspects of the role.

• State licensure in Cosmetology and Manicuring and/or teaching certification in cosmetology instruction
• Technical proficiency in cosmetology and manicuring services, such as haircutting, coloring, nail care, and styling
• Strong mentoring, teaching, and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry trends, safety standards, and best practices in cosmetology and manicuring
• Ability to develop a supportive and motivational classroom environment
• Experience in an educational setting or as a salon professional is a plus
