Job Summary

Pay $61,000 - $85,000 per year.

• Lead and manage a team of hairstylists and barbers.

• Handle day‑to‑day operations including scheduling and inventory.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

• Prior leadership experience, preferably in the haircare or grooming industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for grooming with an eye for detail.

• Active cosmetology or barber license required.
