Provide personal care and support services to clients in the Comfort Keepers Personal Care Program;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and ambulation;
Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation; assist with grocery shopping and kitchen cleanup;
Assist with ambulation/transfers as specified in the Plan of Care and ensure a safe home environment;
Document services delivered and report changes to supervisor in a timely manner
