Seeking:
Full Time Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.
Benefits:
Full-Time Benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401K Match. Referral Bonuses and Employee of the month ($100) and House of the month ($75 /person) Bonuses are offered to all staff. Shifts worked between Friday from 6pm
- Sunday 11:59pm receive a $0.50 /hour bonus.
Schedule:
8p-8aTraining:
All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. Training is paid.
Pay: $16.25/hr Locations:
We have offices in Fort Wayne and Muncie, but provide services to individuals throughout Indiana. Available positions vary based on location. As a DSP you would be working in an assisted living residential home, but may be required to transport a client or go with them to an activity in the community.

Requirements:
G.E.D. or High School Diploma Drivers License Social Security Card Birth Certificate/Passport County Background Check
Skills Required:
Compassionate, reliable, and can work independently. Assisting with house cleaning, prepping meals, going out into the community for activities, teaching life skills, following treatment plans and promoting self advocacy, and ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs. You must be willing to helping individuals with ADLs (activities of daily living), which includes; bathing, dressing, and other hygiene tasks. If you are not willing to help with ADLs then you may be interested in a Community Engagement position.
