The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Along with the roles and responsibilities outlined below, additional responsibilities will include driving talent development initiatives, including training and learning programs, mentoring, career development and administration of employment programs, as well as providing support for employee relations assignments for approximately 100 employees .
This position reports to the Talent Manager.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that align and support business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives, including performance management
- Serve as a consultant to managers on talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics, trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations
- Duties may be modified at any time to meet business needs
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of prior work experience in HR in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and record keeping skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- This role may require travel, with reasonable prior notice (domestic and/or international).

- Advanced degree with concentration in Human Resources or Business
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Experience working on projects from inception to completion
- Multi-tasking multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations including Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act and Occupational Safety and Health Act
- Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment.
- Ability to work in front of a computer for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
