Experience5-10 years in IT, Data, Planning, Manufacturing (P)

SkillsWindows-based software, data analytics, value stream mapping, manufacturing process flow, strong communication, math skills, leadership, inventory control, process optimization, data science, presentation skills, attention to detail, multitasking.
Role Responsibilities- Build dashboards, reports, and data models for all departments
- Ensure data integrity between Shopfloor and D365
- Convert Access/Excel systems to modern platforms (i.e. Targit & Power BI)
- Create reports using TARGIT and Power BI
- Develop KPIs and metrics
- Create plan for moving from Targit to Power BI
- Manage analytics priorities and team performance
- Create data governance framework with the entire Haynes International Organization
- Once on Power BI, create a self-service dashboard and data request tool/library
