Business Operations Coordinator

Overview

Someone who can organize + execute + think + own outcomes. This is not a “task manager” role. This is a builder role.

This is:

• Turning vision into executable plans
• Owning dashboards, metrics, and accountability
• Cleaning up messy processes and building better ones
• Keeping leadership focused on what actually moves the company
• Driving projects across sales, ops, HR, and finance
• Thriving in high standards and fast growth

• Love systems, numbers, and clarity
• Be extremely organized (and slightly allergic to chaos)
• Know your way around CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management tools
• Communicate clearly and confidently with leadership and team members
• Move fast without dropping details
• Care deeply about results, not just activity
• Have worked in home services or a scaling company
• Understand KPIs and how to manage to them
• Naturally take ownership instead of waiting for direction

This is a 5-day in-office role at our headquarters.
