Production Supervisor
Job Location:
Kokomo, IN
- Supervise 30–40 hourly employees in a unionized environment.
- Maintain staffing levels, including managing call-offs and reassignments.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies.
- Coach, lead, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Collaborate with plant pillars and cross-functional teams.
- Enforce consistent work rules and support a positive labor‑management relationship.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
Must be available to work any shift, including weekends, to meet overtime and production needs.
QualificationsSupervisory experience in a manufacturing workforce preferred.
BenefitsBenefits are available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
