The role reports to the Production Supervisor and emphasizes safety, lean practices, and quality checks.
The position pays $17.00/hr with a 7% quarterly incentive potential. A high school diploma or GED and basic manufacturing knowledge are required; overtime and weekend flexibility are expected.
