Stellantis Kokomo is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead small work teams in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, training, and manpower allocation while driving continuous improvement to boost quality and throughput.
You’ll coordinate activities to meet the production plan, analyze losses with the C-Matrix, and lead kaizen projects across Safety, Cost, and Quality, while maintaining team morale and cross-functional collaboration.
