Shift: Days, Nights, Evenings (40 hour)
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and team development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and problem‑solving skills, aligning successfully with the organization.
Responsibilities- Supervise 30–40 hourly employees in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Maintain staffing levels, including managing calloffs and reassignments
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies
- Coach, lead, and develop team members to improve performance
- Collaborate with plant pillars and cross‑functional teams
- Must have supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Availability for all shift and weekend work
