Part-time RN – Occupational Health

Schedule: 2 days a week (within Monday-Friday scope), 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Compensation: $40.00 – $44.00 per hour

This position is based within an employee health center clinic
, focusing on the delivery of emergency care, first aid, and the specialized treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses. You will serve as a key member of the Health Services team, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all employees.

• Clinical Care: Provide professional nursing care for sick and injured employees; perform and evaluate clinical and diagnostic tests.
• Physician Support: Assist the plant physician with minor surgical procedures and conduct/document comprehensive medical history interviews and physical examinations.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain and update medical records to ensure strict compliance and accuracy; manage medical equipment and supply inventory.
• Wellness & Safety: Collaborate with various departments to support workplace health initiatives and wellness programs; strictly adhere to established health and safety protocols.
• Service Delivery: Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic customer service to the workforce.

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Certification: Active BLS Certification (must be a hands-on course, such as American Red Cross).

  Prior nursing experience in at least one of the following specialties:
  Occupational Health, Emergency Room (ER/ED), Urgent Care, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
