Registered Nurse | RN

Overview

The Crossing at Kokmo is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act and be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, and collaboration with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Direct resident care during the assigned shift; manage staff assignments, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Active, in-good-standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
