Join Community Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center is a partnership between Community Health Network and MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world’s largest and most respected cancer centers. The partnership formed in 2022 elevated a prior affiliation between Community and MD Anderson Cancer Network, a program of MD Anderson. The Nurse Transplantation Coordinator directs the coordination of care for Stem Cell Transplantation patients. Coordinating all aspects of patient care for this population of patients, including education, multidisciplinary referrals, data tracking, diagnostics, determining protocol eligibility, treatment orders, consents, and other activities essential to the patient’s overall care.
ExceptionalSkills and Qualifications
- 2 year/Associate degree in nursing (Required) or 4 years/Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Preferred)
- Two years oncology clinical nursing (Preferred)
- Four years of oncology/SCT clinical nursing (Preferred)
