Pay: $49 - $54/hr

Shift: Per-Diem, Monday
- Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm, 6 am to 6 pm OR 6 pm - 6 am on weekends and some weekday night

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an eating disorder treatment center located in Anderson, IN. In this role, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care for adult clients with mental health conditions in a structured residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and as‑needed nursing assessments
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications
• Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with psychiatric, clinical, and residential care staff
• Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety
• Educate clients on medication and health‑related matters

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, or psychiatric care)
• BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team‑based care model
