As a Registered Nurse

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessments, care planning, and documentation of changes in resident conditions.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.

  Relevant nursing degree and licensure as applicable.
• Experience
  :
  Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications
  :
  Indiana RN license in good standing; other certifications as required by role.
