As a Registered Nurse

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessments, care planning, and documentation of changes in resident conditions.

- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.

Relevant nursing degree and licensure as applicable. - Experience

Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred. - Licenses & Certifications

Indiana RN license in good standing; other certifications as required by role.
