Restored Life Continuum of Care is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensed in the State of Indiana to support our addiction recovery and behavioral health programs. The ideal candidate brings clinical excellence, compassion, and experience in Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine‑based therapies, to serve individuals on their recovery journey.
This PRN role provides flexible scheduling while contributing meaningfully to a mission‑driven, faith‑aligned organization committed to restoring hope, health, and stability for individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Assessment — Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical, psychosocial, and substance‑use histories.
- MAT Management — Initiate, monitor, and adjust MAT protocols (buprenorphine/Suboxone, naltrexone, etc.) in alignment with evidence‑based practice and regulatory standards.
- Care Coordination — Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including counselors, case managers, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Patient Education — Provide clear guidance on treatment plans, medication adherence, harm‑reduction strategies, and recovery supports.
- Documentation — Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records within the organization’s EHR system.
- Compliance Oversight — Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational policies related to MAT, controlled substances, and patient privacy.
- Indiana FNP License — Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Indiana.
- MAT Experience — Prior experience in addiction recovery, MAT programs, or substance‑use treatment required.
- DEA Registration — Current DEA license with authorization to prescribe MAT medications (or willingness to obtain).
- Clinical Competency — Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment‑planning skills.
- Professional Conduct — Commitment to ethical practice, patient dignity, and trauma‑informed care.
- Team Collaboration — Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- PRN / As‑Needed scheduling based on clinic needs.
