Job Description
This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
About the roleEvery day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
How you will contribute- Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training.
- Review Quality Control Records.
- Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
- Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals, and ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Consult and refer escalated donor/employee concerns to the management team.
- Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification.
- Ability to bend, reach, walk, stand for entire shift, frequently lift up to 32 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Compensation and BenefitsLocation:
USA – IN – Kokomo
Hourly Wage Range: $22.80 – $31.35 per hour
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year, and up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
