Position Overview
We are actively hiring Donation Attendants, Cashiers, and Wares Producers! Position Status:
Part‑Time. Hourly Rate: $11/hr location: 2258
E. Markland Ave., Kokomo, IN 46901.
- Cashier
:
Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, follows all cash handling procedures, provides information about Goodwill programs, directs higher‑level questions to a manager, and maintains sales floor cleanliness. - Textiles or Wares Producer
:
Sorts product to identify quality and value, checks for defects, tags and hangs textiles or wares, produces 100 items per hour for wares or 85 units per hour for textiles, and uses pallet jack and conveyor belt as needed. - Donation Door Attendant
:
Accepts donations, maintains a clean donation door, quickly sorts products, loads and unloads trucks, and operates heavy equipment such as pallet jack, double stacker, floor scrubber, and hydraulic lift. - e‑Commerce Producer
:
Identifies and secures items for Click Goodwill, tags and itemizes merchandise, packs items onto pallets, and ships to meet store budget requirements. - e‑Books Producer
:
Scans books, decides which are sent to Click Goodwill or displayed in‑store, prints inventory sheets, and ships totes for Click Goodwill. - Rack and Cart Runner
:
Ensures each rack/cart meets quality standards, sizes and merchandises the sales floor, runs one textile rack/wares cart per 15 minutes, and updates daily production tracking sheet.
