Retail Remodel Project Merchandiser

Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., a leader in retail merchandising and sales, seeks a Retail Remodel Project Merchandiser to execute in-store remodels for major brands and national retailers. In this field-based role, you will implement planograms, set and adjust fixtures, stock and organize product displays, install signage, and document project progress with photos and reports. You'll travel between assigned stores, collaborate with store teams, follow detailed project timelines, and ensure work meets client standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store retail remodel and reset projects according to planograms and client guidelines
• Set, stock, and organize product displays, signage, and fixtures to optimize presentation and sales
• Conduct store surveys, take measurements, and document merchandising conditions and changes
• Use handheld devices, apps, and reporting tools to capture data, photos, and project completion details
• Collaborate with store staff, team leads, and brand reps to coordinate schedules and minimize disruption
• Follow project timelines, travel schedules, and daily work plans across multiple store locations
• Ensure compliance with safety, store, and company policies during all remodel activities
• Report issues, inventory variances, and planogram conflicts and suggest practical solutions
• Train or support team members on merchandising standards and remodel procedures
• Maintain professional communication, punctuality, and accountability for assigned projects
