Project Remodel Specialist

Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., a leader in retail merchandising and sales support, is hiring a Project Remodel Specialist to execute overnight remodels and resets in major U.S. retail chains. In this field-based role, you'll follow detailed planograms, move and install fixtures, signage, and shelving, and ensure products are merchandised to exact standards. You'll work closely with store teams and Anderson project leads, documenting progress and meeting tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute overnight remodels and resets for retail stores following detailed planograms and project directives
• Install fixtures, signage, shelving, and displays to company and retailer standards
• Audit and verify product placement, pricing, and promotional materials during remodel projects
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely to complete fixture moves and installations
• Coordinate with store management and Anderson Merchandisers team leads on project priorities and timelines
• Document project progress through photos, reports, and checklists using digital tools
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas during and after overnight remodel activities
• Travel between assigned retail locations as needed for scheduled remodel projects
• Adhere to company, client, and store policies including safety, attendance, and performance standards
