We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to become a Shelter Insurance Agent in Kokomo, IN.

At Shelter, no previous insurance background is required. The agency is launched with no capital or assets required; we provide training and support.

• Develop prospects and sell Shelter products in your agency.
• Possibly bring on staff to assist with general administrative duties and improve sales.
• Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
• Maintain any unsatisfied bills upon departure (e.g., advertising contracts, telephone bills, utilities).

• Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills in a sales environment.
• Sales experience and a degree with general business courses is helpful.
• No capital/assets required; the agency launch is provided.
