As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule: Multiple shifts available
• Shift 1: Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 2nd Shift, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Shift 2: Full-time, Friday through Tuesday, 3rd Shift, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Shift 3: Full-time, Saturday through Wednesday, 3rd Shift, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• Hourly Wage: $18 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is an advantage

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
