Location:
Kokomo, IN - Schedules:
- Part‑time, Monday through Wednesday, 2nd Shift, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Full‑time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Monday through Tuesday, 2nd Shift, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Full‑time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday, 2nd Shift, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.25 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

- Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Possession of high school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of extensive screening process
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
- Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an advantage
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
