Job Title:

Maintenance Technician

Join Polly Management as a Maintenance Technician to keep our Dairy Queen restaurants running smoothly! This is a hands‑on, independent role where you will be the expert responsible for repairing and maintaining all specialized equipment and facility needs across our assigned locations.

We provide a company vehicle and gas card for all work travel.

• Equipment Repair:
  Troubleshoot and fix all major restaurant equipment (soft serve machines, fryers, grills, ice machines, HVAC, coolers/freezers).
• Facility Repairs:
  Perform general building maintenance, including basic repairs to electrical, plumbing, painting, and floors.
• Preventative Care:
  Follow a schedule of preventative maintenance (PMs) to keep critical systems operating efficiently.
• Documentation:
  Track repair status of equipment and coordinate with outside contractors when needed.

• Experience:
  
  2-3 years of proven experience in general maintenance or mechanical repair (commercial/food service).
• Specialized
  
  Experience:
  
  QSR equipment maintenance or EPA 608 Certification.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Tools:
  Must be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing devices. Must provide your own common hand tools.
• License:
  Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
