AG Tire Technician | Best-One Tire & Service | Monroe Join the Best-One Team!Best-One Tire & Service in Monroe is looking for an AG Tire Technician who can be a dependable driver to join our team. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, repairing and servicing agricultural tires and wheels, with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. Experience with farm equipment. Candidates should have a good work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, if this is you, we want to talk to you!

- Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires.
- Operating a service truck on outside service calls.
- Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
- Properly executing service and billing documents.
- Following all safety and driving rules.
- After Hours (on call) service calls.
- Prior experience in commercial and/or agricultural vehicles is preferred.
- Farm background experience
- Working in all types of weather.
- Self-Starter
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
- Repetitive lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.
- High School Graduate or GED preferred.
